1. Plans at a glance
FIELDFOLIO has a free Basic tier and these paid options. Prices and limits shown on the Pricing page when you buy are the ones that apply to your purchase. Prices are in US dollars.
- Basic: free. Photos, checklist and notes, and print or share. Jobs stay on your device. No cloud and no crew seats.
- Pro: monthly or yearly subscription. Cloud save, full job phases, plan markup, share and history, one login.
- Crew: monthly or yearly subscription for one owner. Starts with 20 seats, a shared company profile, and jobs tagged to workers. You can add more members with no max, for $5 per person per job as shown on the Pricing page.
- Trade packs: a one-time payment for a print-ready checklist book for one trade or for all trades. No subscription.
- Team plans for general contractors and property managers: monthly subscriptions that give you one inbox for reports your subs send. Your subs do not need to buy anything.
A limited launch offer, such as a lower first-year price for the first customers, applies only under the terms posted with the offer, and it can end once the limit is reached.
2. How billing works
Paid plans are sold on our website through Stripe Payment Links and billed by Stripe. When you buy, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year at the then-current price for your plan until you cancel. Your renewal date is the same day each period you bought it. We do not store your card number.
Taxes: prices may not include sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes. Where tax applies, Stripe adds it at checkout, and you are responsible for it.
If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it. If it still fails, your plan may move to a past-due state and then back to Basic. Your saved jobs stay put, but paid features turn off. Update your card in the Stripe portal to fix it.
Price changes: we may change prices for future billing periods. We will give notice before a change takes effect on an existing subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
3. Changing or cancelling
You can change plans, update your card, or cancel any time on the Manage your plan page, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Sign in to Stripe with the email you paid with. You can also email [email protected].
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, so you keep your plan until then. After that your account goes back to Basic and the paid features turn off. We do not charge you again after you cancel. Cancelling does not delete your saved jobs. To delete them, delete your account.
Deleting your account also tries to cancel your plan. That happens with no refund for the current period. If we cannot cancel it, the app tells you what to do next. If you are on a mobile app, the app may hide buy and manage buttons. Use the website for billing.
4. Refunds
Except where the law requires otherwise, digital subscription fees and one-time packs are non-refundable once purchased. We do not give partial refunds for unused time in a period or for features you did not use. You can cancel any time to stop future charges.
All sales are final. We do not give refunds, except where the law requires one and for obvious duplicate-charge errors, which our support team will correct. If you think you were charged twice for the same purchase, email [email protected] with the email you paid with and the date, and we will check it and reverse the extra charge if it is a duplicate.
If you are in a place where the law gives you a cooling-off, withdrawal, or cancellation right, such as some countries or states, that right applies, and nothing here takes it away. If you file a chargeback with your bank without writing to us first, we may suspend the account until it is sorted out.
5. Trade packs
A trade pack is a one-time purchase that unlocks the print-ready checklist book for the trade or trades you bought, for use by you. It does not expire on a schedule, but if we stop offering a pack or the service, we will try to give notice and a way to save your copies. Packs cannot be resold or shared outside your business.
6. Crew and team plans
The person who buys a Crew or team plan is the plan owner, and is the one billed. The owner can add and remove members. Workers on a Crew plan do not buy Pro separately. If the owner cancels or the plan lapses, seats and shared features turn off at the end of the paid period. Reports that other people already sent into a team inbox stay in line with your account settings until the account is deleted or the plan limits apply.
7. Mobile apps
Right now, Pro, Crew, packs, and team plans are bought on the website through Stripe, not as in-app purchases. The iOS and Android apps may hide buy and manage buttons. If that changes, the store’s billing and refund rules will apply to purchases made in the app, and we will update this page.
8. Contact
Billing questions: [email protected]. Please use the email address you paid with.
