Business name (and optional phone/email) stays on this phone. Every job uses it · no retyping.

Tap job · snap · check

Pick trade and job type chips · title and checklist auto-fill. Snap before/after. Mark all done. Notes are optional chips.

Finish · share · import

Sticky bar: Share (Web Share + HTML file when supported), Email, Text/SMS, Copy summary, Download HTML (best email attach), Import a folio another phone sent. Finish & print still there. No account. Client-only MVP.

Hand the folio. Ask for a review or referral. The folio does the reminding · you don’t hard-sell.

Job progress tracker

Every trade gets start→finish phase chips. Tap = done + timestamp. Long-press / skip mode = N/A. Progress % prints as a timeline on the folio.

Basic: phone share sheet, mailto:, SMS summary, download HTML / .fieldfolio.json and Import on another device (peer-to-peer, no server). Pro adds cloud history. Crew adds company seats.

Works best on mobile Safari/Chrome. Desktop: Download + attach / copy. We don’t send SMS for you and we don’t host files.

Plan markup (Fieldwire-style, solo)

Upload or photograph blueprint sheets. Draw freehand, drop pins, line / rect / circle. Multi-sheet tabs. Markup + image stay on this device (IndexedDB). Marked plans ride along on print / HTML export.

Honest scope: image markup MVP · not full CAD. Built for the truck.

Job docs (optional)

Address, permit / inspection #, PO / WO, crew, materials, safety, warranty, payment, signature · chips and toggles. Only filled fields print.

Crew: starter $49/mo, up to 20 seats per job. Owner (contractor) pays and unlocks Fieldfolio for all trades working under him. Shared company profile. Owner is admin.

FAQ

Do I need an account?

Basic needs no account (browser / localStorage only). Pro is one login with cloud when wired. Crew seats come from the owner’s company plan. Waitlist for paid open.

Does this replace my invoicing tool?

No. Fieldfolio is proof-of-work leave-behind, not billing. Keep your invoice flow.

Can I use it offline?

Once loaded (or saved locally), you can create and print folios without a network. Photos stay on your device.

Who is this for?

Solo tradesmen and handymen & solo ops · electrical, low voltage / fire alarm, framing, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, and the full home-service roster. Not restaurants. Not pop-ups.
