These are the documents that cover FIELDFOLIO: the website at fieldfolio.io, the web app (PWA), and the iOS and Android apps. Using FIELDFOLIO means you accept the Terms and Conditions, and the apps also come with the End User License Agreement. The other pages explain how specific parts work. If two documents seem to disagree about the same thing, the more specific one wins for that topic.
Core terms
- Terms and Conditions. The main agreement for using FIELDFOLIO. Accounts, your content, your responsibility for your work, warranties, indemnity, liability limits, termination.
- End User License Agreement (EULA). The license for the FIELDFOLIO apps on iOS and Android and the installed web app. Includes the app store terms, with Apple as a third-party beneficiary.
- Acceptable Use Policy. What you can and cannot do with FIELDFOLIO, including what you may put in jobs and photos and how you may share reports.
Privacy and data
- Privacy Policy. What we collect, why, who processes it (Cloudflare, Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Forward Email), how long we keep it, and your rights, including deleting your account.
- Cookie and Local Storage Notice. What FIELDFOLIO stores in your browser or device, why, and how to clear it. Includes offline use.
- Data Processing Note. For businesses that enter customer or worker data: who is responsible for what, the subprocessor list, transfers, and breach notice.
- Delete your account. Change or cancel a plan, or permanently delete your account and cloud data.
Billing and plans
- Subscriptions, Billing and Refund Policy. Pro and Crew subscriptions, one-time trade packs, GC team plans, renewals, cancellation, taxes, and refunds.
Safety and compliance
- Disclaimer: Not Professional or Code-Compliance Advice. FIELDFOLIO is a documentation tool. It does not give safety, code, inspection, legal, or insurance advice, and it cannot guarantee any outcome.
Rights and reports
- DMCA and Copyright Takedown. How to report content that infringes your copyright, and how to answer a notice.
- Security and Vulnerability Disclosure. How to report a security problem to us, what is in scope, and what we ask of researchers.
- Accessibility Statement. Where we aim to be, where we fall short today, and how to tell us about a barrier.
