Customer link that stays up
A link your customer can open any time, with no expiry. Open a job, tap Finish and get paid, then Customer link. The link opens the report on any phone, no app needed. You can turn a link off any time from Your links. You can still send the file, text or email from the share sheet.
Your jobs in the cloud
Pro saves your jobs and photos to your own account, so they are not only on your phone. Basic keeps everything on your device.
Works offline
Once the app has loaded on your phone, you can keep working with no signal. Jobs and photos save on your device. Pro accounts sync the next time you open the app online.
Finish and get paid
Mark the job complete, send the report, then text or email your own payment link or note.
Crew invites
Invite your people from the app, pick a role and trade for each, and send them a code. They sign in with their own account and enter it once. Crew members get Pro features through your Crew plan.

Where do my photos and notes live?
Basic keeps everything on your device. Pro and Crew can save jobs and photos to your own account in the cloud.
Do I need cellular service to use this app?
Once the app has loaded on your device, you can keep working with no cellular service. Jobs and photos save on your device. Pro accounts sync the next time you open the app online.
What does Pro add?
Cloud save, full job phases and plan markup. On the finish screen, Pro also adds a branded PDF and an export pack (ZIP).
Does FIELDFOLIO take payments for my jobs?
No. Finish and get paid lets you text or email your own payment link or note.
Can my customer open a link that stays up?
Yes, on Pro and Crew. Open a job, tap Finish and get paid, then Customer link. Your customer opens the report on any phone with no app. The link has no expiry. You can turn it off any time from Your links. Anyone who has the link can read the report, so send it only to your customer.
How do I cancel?
Through your payment provider, or email [email protected]. You can also tap Manage plan in your account in the app, or use Manage or cancel your plan.
Can I get a refund?
Digital subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. The Terms and Conditions have the details.
